- Are appointments really on every plan?
- Yes. For a salon the appointment book and online booking are the product, so they are on Solo too. Higher plans add rostering, loyalty and advanced analytics.
- Do I need a roster to take bookings?
- No. A stylist can be booked whenever the salon is open, which is all a solo stylist needs. A salon with a team can switch stylists to the roster (Grow and up), so online booking only offers times inside their published shifts.
- How do deposits work?
- You choose none, a percentage or a fixed amount. The client pays it when they book online; it is refunded in full if they cancel before your cancellation window, and taken off their bill at checkout. Card payments use Stripe.
- What happens after the free trial?
- You get 14 days with no card. Choose a plan any time before it ends; your till keeps working while you decide.
